About this app

Are you a PGE Obrót customer and want to easily, quickly and safely handle matters related to the purchase of electricity at a time convenient for you? Use the Moje PGE application, i.e. the mobile Customer Service Office.

With this app:
- you will provide the counter reading
- you will report all matters related to the handling of the contract
- you will pay your invoices
- check your energy consumption history, invoice and payment history
- you will buy energy for prepaid meters
- you will receive notifications, among others: about the upcoming payment date or its expiry
- you will launch the PGE eFaktura service
- you will be able to preview electronic invoices and be able to download them
- you will learn about new offers and services
- you will manage your marketing consents
- check where the nearest stationary Customer Service Office is located
- you will have access to document templates: applications, contract templates, contract regulations and offers
- you will be able to add all billing accounts to one profile and manage them without having to log in again

To use the Moje PGE application, log in with your existing PGE eBOK profile, or create a new profile directly in the application.

For this purpose, you need your PESEL or NIP number (if you are a business customer) and the customer number, which you will find on the invoice. The e-mail address provided during registration will be used as the login to the Moje PGE application and the PGE eBOK system.

The application allows quick and convenient login with a password, fingerprint or 4-digit PIN.
